By accessing or using PremexaHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of PremexaHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

2. Description of Service

PremexaHub provides AI-powered content generation tools, social media analytics, URL shortening, bio link building, QR code generation, and related services to creators, influencers, and businesses.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account
• One account per person/IP. Multiple accounts may result in suspension

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PremexaHub to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates third-party rights
• Spam, distribute malware, or engage in phishing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our platform
• Resell access to our tools without written permission
• Use our AI tools for plagiarism or academic dishonesty

5. Payment and Subscriptions

• All paid plans are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed via Binance Pay (USD), JazzCash, or EasyPaisa (PKR)
• Plan activations are manual — allow 1–12 hours after payment
• No refunds for partial months or unused features
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and taking responsibility for any content you publish. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content created using your inputs belongs to you, subject to the terms of our underlying AI provider (OpenAI). PremexaHub's platform code, design, and branding remain our exclusive property.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PremexaHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

PremexaHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
